ReplyDeleteHi - this is a bit random, but I found a question/comment of your posted from 2008 about the HCMC doula program that was very similar to my own concern about wanting to use a Doula but feeling like going through HCMC would be impersonal and wondering how much I would be able to connect with a total stranger. Just wondered if you ended up using their program and if so, what your experience was? I'd really appreciate any feedback you might have. My email is melakoaks@gmail.com. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi Mel. No I did not end up using HCMC's doulas. I went on to have a successful homebirth with one of MN's great midwives! Sorry I can't provide you with any more information.
