My children are lucky to have their father. He's one of best around. Not only is he my Superman, he's theirs too.
This the first year with the knowledge of mine gone. I wish I'd had more time. But I'll remember him every year, just like before.
And I think of my stepfather today too. He was a great asset to my childhood. And I am grateful for having had him. A good stepfather can make all the difference in a life. Though I don't have as much contact with him now, I continue to think of him and love him.
