Gratitude * Sunday

Today I'm joining Taryn at Wooly Moss Roots for Gratitude * Sunday.

{Sunday's heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

Throughout the week I've felt grateful for:
* The long holiday weekend- 5 days of family.

*Homemade, by my husband, Beef Stew. So yummy and perfect for the day.

* Watching B learn a new skill- sawing downed branches into log for the fire.

* J's singing- his rendition of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star is the best.

* A standing alone for a few seconds for the first time.

* Friends that have helped me make it through a hard year.

* Finding Our Mouse in the House (more on that to come).

* A new hobby that could turn profitable. Having a hand in bringing in more money is something I've been needing.

* 15,000 page views on my blog! And my readers that made that so.

* Talk of plans for the future.

* Never having to sleep alone. C is always there with me, making the nights my husband works cozier.

* A new (to me) wool sweater (well 70% wool- any more and my dry, sensitive skin couldn't handle it). I never imagined HOW warm it would keep me, even with just a tank top under it.

* The energy of our land changing. Becoming more welcoming, seeing animals come we didn't see the first year we were here. This week alone I saw a fox and a big buck. They feel safe here again.

* Being able to enjoy being in the moment more often than not.

* Finding my light. (The one inside.)

* The twist I put on our pumpkin pie (goat's milk and our own eggs) turning out well.

* Something new to read.

* Having an error (by a company) fixed in my favor, and their response being so quick!

* A husband who can fix our ever crashing computer, so I can keep blogging.

* That I have learned to save all my photos, that I put on the computer, immediately to a flash drive. I didn't loose a one this time.

(Sorry I have no photos this week but with our computer crashing again today, there are none on our computer for me to post.)

What have you felt grateful for throughout your week?

    1. Not that particular one. :) But being surrounded by fields we do have thr field mice coming in for winter. In two weeks time we've caught over 20! 13 in just a 24 hour time span.
