Throughout the week I have been grateful for:

~B learning a new skill, that will keep with her for the rest of her life.

~Baby girl "singing" in her sleep.

~Finishing projects.

~Starting new projects. Something, always, to keep my hands, and mind, busy.

~Taking chances to try something new.

~A vehicle that works. It may not be the most reliable, prettiest, or newest, but at the end of the day it gets the job done.

~A bit of a health scare turning out to be nothing. (O's pinky fingers looked strange- almost like arthritis, but turns out their just callouses. It's the strangest thing!)

~Getting 1/3 of the house decluttered and organized.

~Our first rick of wood, for the season, delivered. And having the experience from last year to know to set up a delivery for every two weeks. This is important come February/March when wood for sale becomes harder to find. (DH's chainsaw(s) have been out of commission since spring, and until recently we didn't have the funds to fix it. When we did get it in (one of them) we were told it was a loss, and we'll just have to replace it. That'll have to wait, and all of this out a damper on using the many downed (by storms this year) trees we have on the property.)

~Not needing to use much of the wood, this coming week, as temps are supposed to be in the 60s.

~Dropping in at the thrift store to find it was 50% off day! And picking up extras (fabric, a wicker basket, and some new jeans for Dh) because of the savings!

~Finishing two gift projects!

~A little boy who's not crabby at all when ill. Still so extra sweet.

~Being able to find peace most days, and get back quickly to it when I've lost it.

~Making the decision to stop complaining. And being able to follow through with it most of the time. It's very freeing and uplifting to let go of that negativity.

~Getting caught up on a favorite show.

~Breakfast. Because now I've become someone who is hungry in the morning.

~A new vegan bean recipe my Dh came up with! Oh so yummy! I could get it for a meal.

~A husband who is a chef/cook. (Yes atm he is still driving a fork lift- but the foodie in him won't die!)

~A good book to read out loud to the kids! Our favorites at the moment- The Quiet Book and it's companion- The Loud Book. J really loves this one, especially when I get into it and make sound effects along with the noises.

~A large piece of land so the children can just run and play.

~Reading good articles that help me look at things differently, and open my eyes to how things can be.
